Where, O death, is your sting?”56  The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.57  But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.58  Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

New Disciples Making Disciples Workshop

The Disciples Making Disciples book is designed for a disciple to disciple another follower of Jesus. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’13  If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people.”14  The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”15  Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.16  How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?”17  And the LORD said to Moses, “I will do the very thing you have asked, because I am pleased with you and I know you by name.”

Matthew 1:20-21 (NIV)20  But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.21  She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” Revelation 2:17 (NIV)17  He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it.

Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.”14  So he got up, took the child and his mother during the night and left for Egypt,… Matthew 2:19-21 (NIV)19  After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt20  and said, “Get up, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who were trying to take the child’s life are dead.”21  So he got up, took the child and his mother and went to the land of Israel.
